In 2010, for the fourth consecutive year, Dianne has earned her company’s prestigious Emerald Award, which is awarded to the top 15 agents in the Company (top 3%). She has been the top agent in the Houlihan Lawrence East Fishkill office for six consecutive years, and in 2010 was the top Houlihan Lawrence Agent in Dutchess County. She consistently ranks in the top 1% of Dutchess County Realtors, according to Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing statistics. These awards are a reflection of Dianne’s hard work and dedication to her clients. She is active in Dutchess, Orange and Ulster Counties.
Dianne has had her best years in this challenging market. 2010 was a record-breaking year for her, with over $13 million in sales volume, and 39 closed transactions, more than any other agent in Dutchess County.

2010 proved to be an exciting year for Dianne in the marketing arena. One of her listings was selected as a featured property on The Today Show with Barbara Corcoran, which was followed up with a personal appearance of Dianne via video.
In addition, several of her listings were selected as featured homes in the Wall Street Journal. The exposure from these venues brought these properties to the attention of buyers from as far away as San Francisco.

As a top listing agent, Dianne’s goal is to help sellers accomplish THEIR goal….whether it is to sell a home as quickly as possible (relocating, divorcing, other situation?) and/or to get the best price for their property. (As Dianne says, “Sometimes it cannot be both!”) With her proven track record and experience, she has established herself as the “go-to” Realtor in the region.
